What is the main difference between the V1 and V2 of the Dark Matter 34" model?

When upgrading this model with a new panel, we also upgraded the IC /MCU and scaler to better benefit the capabilities of the new panel. Our new panel is able to deliver 165hz at the same resolution, with less black smearing and overall better performance in the same form factor as the previous model.
